Introduction

Our guest speaker on Amina’s last Twitter/X space, Ron Alan, was one of the first people to be entered into MK-Ultra as a newborn baby, just as the program was started up in the 50s. He’s now 72.

In this post, we’re delving into Ron’s testimony of government-sponsored criminal abuse spanning over seven decades.

Now let’s get into Ron’s story.

Ron’s military family entering him into the program

Ron was born in 1953, only a few months after the MK-Ultra program was initiated in the CIA by Allen Dulles.

He is the fourth of four sons, no sisters. An uncle had told him his mother had wanted a daughter, which was why she had abandoned him in the hospital for the first ten days of his life, refusing to even look at him.

That was not the only reason he was left in the hospital.

An officer and pilot in the United States Navy, Ron’s father’s worked on developing airborne radar technology with Lockheed Martin, where his performances had earned him the nickname “Mr. Radar” to Mr. Lockheed himself.

By offering his two sons to the MK-Ultra program, Ron believes his father secured special status and privilege in the US Navy, as boys were a especially “treasured find” to the MK-Ultra program.

Those first ten days constituted Ron’s initiation in the program as a newborn.

He was not the only son offered up in the family. Ron notes that his older brother, who was handed over as well, died by suicide at 26 after a life-time of psychological abuse and CIA tom-foolery.

Ron is now 72 — he says, “as old as the program.”

Regression memories from first ten days

Ron was able to recover memories from what he calls memory dreams of those first ten days of life, and during a regression session with a hypnotherapist, later in life.

He experienced seeing himself lying on a cold surface as a newborn, feeling “rhythmic shivers”, which he now concludes was electroshock treatment used on his days old body.

He saw in the scene of a dream the face of a man he later found was Aaron T. Beck, a psychiatrist who served at that time as the Assistant Chief of the Department of Neuro-Psychiatry in the Korean War era at Valley Forge Army Hospital (now General Hospital) — the hospital where Ron was born.

He sees his early electroshock treatment as the potential origin of his lifelong heart and cognitive impairment, as well as what he describes as extrasensory or psychic abilities that are beyond his control.

Experiences from REM-cloning

Over the years, Ron describes having had recurring REM-state astral experiences where he’s waking up in underground facilities, similar to what Donald Marshall describes in his accounts.

Ron doesn’t describe dirt-floor arenas but dirt-floored caves, filled with rows of silent, unresponsive people he describes as clones. They wait for their clone “master” to enter REM, then they come alive at some third party’s initiation, which is typically task-oriented, such as an assassination.

He’s seeing deep underground military bases with military vehicles, soldiers, Catholic priests, and reptilian figures in these facilities.

The first REM-astral body abduction occurred while he was living in Salem, Oregon.

He describes this memory as a vivid dream where he is strangling an older man.

He cannot see the man’s face, only his neck. Then he senses someone standing behind him.

The unseen figure directs Ron to press his thumb against the man’s neck in a way that cuts off his trachea, his breath, and the man dies of strangulation.

The experience feels vividly real, leaving Ron with the impression that he was not just having a dream, but experiencing something that was actually taking place.

Early the following morning Ron hears voices addressing him directly, identifying themselves as a “five-member panel conducting an investigation” in regards to the killing, explaining that Ron will be “asleep while they question his subconscious.”

Upon awakening, hearing the meeting convening and while listening to them, Ron recalls one member saying about him, “…but I know it was him. I saw him, and his DNA was at the scene.”

Immediately following, a post-investigation review panel then began, with three voices identifying themselves as representatives of various three-letter agencies. The CIA guy states that the person who was killed had done something that warranted his death, as if Ron’s clone was the asset that was utilized for his dispatch.

In waking life, Ron later finds a newspaper article that described that exact killing, proving to him it did indeed take place in real life.

Forced cannibalism

He describes another experience that he associates with cloning.

In this memory, he and others are seated on the floor, eating what he knows to be human meat from a platter.

He describes it as putrid, saying the experience “hurt me to my soul.”

Then while they are eating, a man enters the room and grabs him, and he realizes it is the same person whose dead, cooked body they were eating.

He remembers asking, “Whoa, what are you doing here??” before the experience abruptly ends. The scene played out as clone trickery and training.

Forced experimentation on MK Ultra subjects

He interprets these experiences as psychological experiments intended to determine how far the human mind can be pushed.

Ron believes the perpetrators feed these experiences into a larger project he calls a “sentient world simulator,” a synthetic copy of the world that has a node for every person, where each node holds whatever information has been gathered on that individual.

In Ron’s view, that information is being gathered from the general population as well through surveillance technologies, including Nest home cameras, roadside cameras, utility-pole cameras, phone calls, texts, emails, social media, and countless other collection devices operating around the world.

Persecution by remote neuroweapon attacks

In addition to astral-clone abuses and experimentation, Ron describes being subject to decades of covert harassment (also known as “gangstalking”) and remote directed energy weapon (DEW) attacks.

To note, MK-Ultra survivors as well as targeted individuals (TIs) often report being subject to covert harassment and DEW attack programs, to suppress their ability to speak up.

In this interview with Anastasia Sprout from 2025, Ron describes how perps will be following him around in vans loaded with heavy equipment, only to park next to him so they can get him as he’s sleeping in his vehicle.

Around REM, Ron hears their chatter while separating himself from his astral consciousness: Questions about his life, including things he’s said, thought, and seen to be witnessed through technology.

Or they’ll send people to load the equipment into the next room — requiring two strong men to lift — just to get him when he’s sleeping in a hotel (1 hr):

For Ron, the CIA’s electronic harassment began shortly after his parents’ deaths in 1990.

They died in a car accident which was not an accident in Ron’s view, and he sees that event as the trigger for his “re-activation” into CIA’s covert harassment program. With his parents out of the way and no longer able to testify, the perps were free to do what they wanted to Ron without recourse.

He says two open-heart surgeries have not stopped what he believes is ongoing surveillance and interference.

In 2022, Ron published his memoir “21st Century MK-Ultra Slave: A Vintage Transhuman Tale” fully detailing his testimony:

The Faraday canopy

Ron says he knows about Donald Marshall’s Faraday canopy and how that seems to block some remote attacks, like consciousness transfer.

Although he has considered trying one himself, he says the canopies are expensive, and he remains skeptical that such a simple solution can counter experiences that have persisted for so many years and, in his view, involve so many different forms of interference.
