An uncle had told him his mother had wanted a daughter, which was why she had abandoned him in the hospital for the first ten days of his life, refusing to even look at him.<\/p>\n<p>That was not the only reason he was left in the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>An officer and pilot in the United States Navy, Ron\u2019s father\u2019s worked on developing airborne radar technology with Lockheed Martin, where his performances had earned him the nickname \u201cMr. Radar\u201d to Mr. Lockheed himself.<\/p>\n<p>By offering his two sons to the MK-Ultra program, Ron believes his father secured special status and privilege in the US Navy, as boys were a especially \u201ctreasured find\u201d to the MK-Ultra program.<\/p>\n<p>Those first ten days constituted Ron\u2019s initiation in the program as a newborn.<\/p>\n<p>He was not the only son offered up in the family. They wait for their clone \u201cmaster\u201d to enter REM, then they come alive at some third party\u2019s initiation, which is typically task-oriented, such as an assassination.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s seeing deep underground military bases with military vehicles, soldiers, Catholic priests, and reptilian figures in these facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The first REM-astral body abduction occurred while he was living in Salem, Oregon.<\/p>\n<p>He describes this memory as a vivid dream where he is strangling an older man.<\/p>\n<p>He cannot see the man\u2019s face, only his neck. Then he senses someone standing behind him.<\/p>\n<p>The unseen figure directs Ron to press his thumb against the man\u2019s neck in a way that cuts off his trachea, his breath, and the man dies of strangulation.<\/p>\n<p>The experience feels vividly real, leaving Ron with the impression that he was not just having a dream, but experiencing something that was actually taking place.<\/p>\n<p>Early the following morning Ron hears voices addressing him directly, identifying themselves as a \u201cfive-member panel conducting an investigation\u201d in regards to the killing, explaining that Ron will be \u201casleep while they question his subconscious.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Upon awakening, hearing the meeting convening and while listening to them, Ron recalls one member saying about him, \u201c\u2026but I know it was him. I saw him, and his DNA was at the scene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Immediately following, a post-investigation review panel then began, with three voices identifying themselves as representatives of various three-letter agencies. The CIA guy states that the person who was killed had done something that warranted his death, as if Ron\u2019s clone was the asset that was utilized for his dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>In waking life, Ron later finds a newspaper article that described that exact killing, proving to him it did indeed take place in real life.<\/p>\n<h4>Forced cannibalism<\/h4>\n<p>He describes another experience that he associates with cloning.<\/p>\n<p>In this memory, he and others are seated on the floor, eating what he knows to be human meat from a platter.<\/p>\n<p>He describes it as putrid, saying the experience \u201churt me to my soul.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Then while they are eating, a man enters the room and grabs him, and he realizes it is the same person whose dead, cooked body they were eating.<\/p>\n<p>He remembers asking, \u201cWhoa, what are you doing here??\u201d before the experience abruptly ends. The scene played out as clone trickery and training.<\/p>\n<h4>Forced experimentation on MK Ultra subjects<\/h4>\n<p>He interprets these experiences as psychological experiments intended to determine how far the human mind can be pushed.<\/p>\n<p>Ron believes the perpetrators feed these experiences into a larger project he calls a \u201csentient world simulator,\u201d a synthetic copy of the world that has a node for every person, where each node holds whatever information has been gathered on that individual.<\/p>\n<p>In Ron\u2019s view, that information is being gathered from the general population as well through surveillance technologies, including Nest home cameras, roadside cameras, utility-pole cameras, phone calls, texts, emails, social media, and countless other collection devices operating around the world.<\/p>\n<h4>Persecution by remote neuroweapon attacks<\/h4>\n<p>In addition to astral-clone abuses and experimentation, Ron describes being subject to decades of covert harassment (also known as \u201cgangstalking\u201d) and remote directed energy weapon (DEW) attacks.<\/p>\n<p>To note, MK-Ultra survivors as well as targeted individuals (TIs) often report being subject to covert harassment and DEW attack programs, to suppress their ability to speak up.<\/p>\n<p>In this interview with Anastasia Sprout from 2025, Ron describes how perps will be following him around in vans loaded with heavy equipment, only to park next to him so they can get him as he\u2019s sleeping in his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Around REM, Ron hears their chatter while separating himself from his astral consciousness: Questions about his life, including things he\u2019s said, thought, and seen to be witnessed through technology.<\/p>\n<p>Or they\u2019ll send people to load the equipment into the next room \u2014 requiring two strong men to lift \u2014 just to get him when he\u2019s sleeping in a hotel (1 hr):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ui-deref.de\/r\/?to=https:\/\/substack.com\/redirect\/b49355f1-6393-45a6-99b8-614c1d4dc213%3Fj%3DeyJ1IjoiMnp5Y2g4In0.nAgXOia8ivsaQhpdNb-8RT93r5nMQuDS33_xEQ0Yvvg&amp;tt1=4294-Exn7BtlvvqxBuRQ-lItIpblq5z0s1OtcxPWXJ_vqGdqbxloakHX_r_idZMgGMRXXNE47-o76hnamVkZABcBhoMRdBYmvIlN3c_fpCg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-href=\"https:\/\/substack.com\/redirect\/b49355f1-6393-45a6-99b8-614c1d4dc213?j=eyJ1IjoiMnp5Y2g4In0.nAgXOia8ivsaQhpdNb-8RT93r5nMQuDS33_xEQ0Yvvg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/substackcdn.com\/image\/youtube\/w_728,c_limit\/l_youtube_play_qyqt8q,w_120\/VdabD660lVA\" \/><\/a>For Ron, the CIA\u2019s electronic harassment began shortly after his parents\u2019 deaths in 1990.<\/p>\n<p>They died in a car accident which was not an accident in Ron\u2019s view, and he sees that event as the trigger for his \u201cre-activation\u201d into CIA\u2019s covert harassment program.
